Course fees are only refundable or creditable within five business days after receipt of full payment. Students are not eligible for refund if they have accessed the system more than five times or have completed one test. You will be charged a processing fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) for each refund request. Refund or credit is not granted automatically. You need to send your request to registrar@sempoinstitute.com or phone 781-876-8866 prior to the refund/credit deadline. You will then get a confirmation email from us.
